Strategic Advisory Board
Markets demand consistent development in the areas of go-to-market, international market development and scalable organisational and project structures to support an expanded service portfolio. Against this backdrop, QMatrix is establishing a strategic advisory board to support and facilitate the upcoming growth phase by providing external expertise. The board will assist Managing Director Stefano Lisci, in particular, with the strategic development of the go-to-market approach, systematic international expansion and the development of resilient, scalable organisational and project models.
By setting up a strategic advisory board, the QMatrix Group is strengthening its structural foundations to support further growth and international expansion. At the same time, the group is creating the organisational basis for implementing an expanded service portfolio in a sustainable and consistently high-quality manner. Even as complexity increases, customers, partners and employees will benefit from clearly defined processes, professional structures and reliable results.
