A QMatrix expert is currently supporting our customer, an international manufacturer of door trim components in Northern Germany, as Subproject Lead Quality – directly embedded in the operational project environment. The focus is on robust APQP-based quality planning, consistent zero-defect execution, and structured management of customer complaints and field issues.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Quality Interface: Management of complaints, sample approvals, launch coordination, as well as timeline and milestone alignment.

APQP & Project Quality Management: End-to-end quality planning with full integration into project execution.

Zero-Defect & Complaint Management: Structured root cause analysis and sustainable implementation of corrective actions.

Audits & Series Readiness Assurance: Product, customer, and process audits including Run & Rate and pre-series validation.

Supplier Quality & PPAP (VDA 2): Ensuring supplier readiness and full series production capability.

Field & Warranty Analysis: Systematic analysis of field failures and support in warranty management.

FMEA, IMDS & Technical Documentation: Support in process FMEA and ensuring consistent, compliant quality documentation.
