As an Account Manager, she ensures our client relationships stay strong, personal, and sustainable. She identifies new market opportunities, reaches out to companies proactively, and makes sure our service portfolio reaches exactly where it’s needed.
What Ann-Cathrin does at QMatrix:
- Acquire projects and successfully drive them forward together with the team
- Connect engineers and specialists – whether via project contracts, fixed-term contracts, or temporary staffing
- Create tailored proposals and lead pricing and contract negotiations
- Build her network through active networking and market research
Originally from Hamburg, she spent the past few years in Barcelona gaining valuable experience as a Sales Manager – and she has now landed in Bellheim.️
