Changes in the Management of QMatrix Group: Tobias Hoffmann to Leave the Company
Bellheim, December 5th, 2024 – Tobias Hoffmann, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of QMatrix Group, will leave the company as of December 31, 2024. After ten years of joint leadership, Tobias Hoffmann and co-founder Stefano Lisci have decided to part ways. The separation is amicable, and both founders have expressed their desire to continue collaborating on selected projects in the future.
Tobias Hoffmann co-founded QMatrix GmbH ten years ago with Stefano Lisci. Since then, the company has grown into a leading provider of interim management and engineering services in the fields of quality, production, and logistics. Today, the QMatrix Group employs around 50 people and operates locations in Germany and North America.
Strategic Realignment and Future Plans
Stefano Lisci will continue to lead the company as the sole shareholder and managing director, driving its strategic development. “After ten successful years of joint leadership, we have decided to go our separate ways,” Stefano Lisci explains. “This decision was made in full mutual agreement, and I look forward to continuing to work with Tobias Hoffmann on specific projects in the future.”
The company’s service portfolio will expand. In addition to its core competencies in interim management and engineering services, QMatrix Group will increasingly position itself in operational management consulting and as a managed services provider. This will allow the company to offer even more comprehensive and tailored solutions to its clients. The USA branch will remain an integral part of the QMatrix Group.
A New Path for Tobias Hoffmann
Starting in January 2025, Tobias Hoffmann will be active in the market with his new business group. In addition to founding a new company in Germany, he will continue to operate the former QMatrix branch in Mexico under a new name. “The past ten years have been very successful, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together. Despite the separation, both founders affirm their intention to continue working together on various projects. “The collaborative partnership remains and will continue in selected projects,” emphasizes Stefano Lisci.
