Our Tasks:

Design and Implementation of Reactive and Preventive Supplier Management:

  • Definition of critical supplier KPIs including control loops
  • Approaches and tools for preventive and reactive supplier management
  • Creation and implementation of a maturity assurance for new product projects up to sample production

Introduction of Shopfloor Management according to SQAKM:

  • Definition of KPIs
  • Support during rollout and training of daily SFM routines
  • Cascading shopfloor management up to the COO level

Bottleneck Analyses:

  • Conducting and verifying bottleneck analyses
  • Deriving process optimization measures
  • Creating customer-specific preventive maintenance
  • Optimizing machine availability and increasing OEE
